Rasa Floors provides a “Lifetime Warranty” against all of our carpet installations for all customers who use Rasa on a consistent basis. We will come back out to your property and re-stretch the carpet if for any reason if it needs re-stretching. Rasa will come back out to your property and repair any metals popping at the entrances to your hard surface area or carpet coming loose. Rasa will come back out to your property to repair a seam that may be coming loose or apart. Many large management companies have booked tens of thousands of dollars in savings annually with our exclusive Lifetime Warranty.

All of these warranty services are covered for the life of your carpet as long as you are doing business with Rasa Floors. If you stop using Rasa Floors then the Lifetime Warranty reverts back to our original 13-month standard warranty.
