Rasa Floors & Carpet Cleaning is guided by Christian principles and biblical values. While our team represents many different backgrounds, beliefs, and traditions, we are united by the love of God and our passion for service to others.

• Establish written biblical values as a priority in our company. That is, to honor God in all that we do.
• Send our employees to Christian-based seminars such as “Promise Keepers” and “Women of Faith.”
• Send employees and their spouses to “Family Life” seminars such as, “Passage”, and “Rekindling the Romance.”
• Open meetings with prayer.
• Provide Christian counseling services for those in need.
• Have a “Rasa” chaplain service available for all employees and their families for counseling, marital issues, deaths, weddings, hospital visits, jail visits, and other spiritual needs.
• Support local churches and other charitable ministries through financial support and volunteerism.
• Provide a “Prayer Information” e-mail distribution list within the company to create a safe, open environment for employees to talk about their faith or ask for specific prayers.
• Place a one year bible in our front lobby open to the day's reading.
• Provide an opportunity for select employees to attend dad and son/daughter camps through JH Ranch.
• Give away “One Year Bibles” and other modern translation bibles.
• Communicate strategic decisions with everyone based on a biblical foundation. 
• Display Christian paintings, pictures, and scriptures on the walls.
• Add to all check stock “We thank God for providing this money to us so that we can pay you.”
• Have scriptures printed on outgoing mail by postage meters.
