ABOUT US

Rasa Floors is a family owned, private company founded by Michael Rasa in 1994 after working in the business since 1984. Today Michael and his wife Debbie are active in the day to day operations and have a hands-on family style approach to serving their employees and customers. We believe in honesty and professionalism at all costs, while growing people from within, and providing the highest degree of ethics and principles to our employees, suppliers and most of all to our loyal customers.

Michael and Debbie have three daughters and are followers of Christ who attempt to blend biblical principals into their evey day life to include how they run their company. From on staff chaplins at each of the 6 different locations, to opening business meetings in prayer to sending employees to marriage enrichment seminars, the Rasa’s are trying to be obedient to the word of Christ.

Rasa specializes in serving the multifamily industry. Apartment Maintenance, Leasing Professionals, Assistant Managers, along with the Professional “on site Manager” are our key customers. Respectively, apartment Supervisors, Regional Managers, District Managers, Presidents and Owners are also key to our client relationships.

We understand the multifamily business and all of it’s ups and downs, along with the needs to work with clients at times during poor cash flow seasons with their properties. Rasa services thousands of apartment communities and hundreds of management companies throughout the state of Texas. Rasa has 27 professional salespeople and most of them have at least 10 years of “on site apartment experience”!

The senior management team is made up of professionals who have worked with Michael and Debbie since virtually the first day of starting the company in 1994. These managers understand the business and understand what the multifamily industry folks need.

Some of the many services that set Rasa apart from all other suppliers are:

• Rasa is open at 7 A.M. to handle those early same day needs.
• Rasa is open until 7 P.M. to place those last minute orders.
• Rasa is open all day Saturday from 9 A.M. till 5 P.M., including customer care representatives, installtion professionals and sales professionals.
• Rasa’s carpet cleaning technicians are full-time employees allowing Rasa to have full control over training in order to provide you with the highest degree of service possible.
• Rasa takes a completely different approach to “occupied” installations. Rasa contacts and coordinates the complete occupied installation with the resident, therefore removing any potential service issues that typically arise between the resident and the “on site manager” and the carpet replacement company.
• Rasa provides ONLINE statements, purchase history reporting, and printing of invocies. All data is from close of business yesterday!
• Rasa provides a “Life Time” Warranty to each of it’s customers who use Rasa on an on going basis.
• Rasa Provides a FREE training facility including computers with a high speed connection, an LCD overhead, VCR, DVD, large white boards for brain storming, 11 PC workstations for interactive use, 15 person conference table and a Rasa Café to all of it’s customers all for free!
